Broadcloth

Broadcloth, often referred to as Poplin, is a densely woven fabric with a very simple over-under weave. This results in a smooth, strong cloth which is durable, shrinkage resistant, and quite dimensionally stable. In other words, it will last a long time and not tend to warp or bend as time passes. The common complaint with broadcloth is that undershirts show and it tends to wrinkle easily.
